HOW ARE THE PRICES SET ON THE APP?

Race prices are updated regularly on Heetch. Our prices are determined according to several parameters:

- The distance of the race,

- The timeframe of the race,

- The moment to which this trip is requested: in fact the prices are not the same at certain times of the day or night.

- The Passenger request on the app. In case of very high demand, prices on the application may be increased. In this case, in the area concerned, the prices are multiplied between x1.1 and x2.5.

CAN THE PRICE OF A RACE CHANGE?

In the event that the trip has lasted significantly longer than planned, or if the destination has been changed, then the price of the trip is automatically recalculated at the end of the trip to be in line with the path actually traveled.
