In order to compensate you for cancellations due to poor passenger behavior, you can benefit from a cancellation fee of €5.

In what cases can I benefit from these fees?

- If the passenger cancels after you have made more than 5 minutes of travel to get to the meeting point.

- If you cancel after waiting at least 5 minutes at the meeting point, and after Called the passenger at least once.

In these two cases, your fees will be automatically added to your next weekly transfer.
